HughesLittle Value Fund

This pooled fund is for taxable investors.  It will invest in equities, bonds and money market securities.  Investments will primarily be in Canada and the United States.  
  
Minimum investment: $150,000 for British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario residents.

Management fee: 1 % per annum plus goods and services taxes.

Other expenses: Legal, Audit, Trustee, Custodian, Recordkeeping and Administration fees and any applicable taxes.

Commissions: None when purchasing or redeeming units.
